Shopping Cart Help Sheet

It has come to our attention that there has been a few problems with adding products to the shopping cart on the TRI shop.

The problem lies with the users Internet Explore set up.

The shopping cart can only work by passing information from the entry form to the shopping cart, to do this the computer and internet need to use cookies.

These cookies gather the information that you have entered and then pass them on to the relevant page, so that you can check out and make the secure payment though paypal.

If you get the message Shopping Cart Empty you will need to go to your internet settings:

Normally found under - Tools > Internet Options

You will then need to select the Privacy tab

You will need to set your cookies option to Medium / High or Lower

Then Select OK

This will allow the relevant information to pass to the shopping cart and for you to enter the Castle Challenge 2010 race.

This payment system is fully secure! Plus no card details are entered through the TRI website. Information that will be passed to the shopping cart will only be the information that you place on the form.

Hope this helps

I have just completed the individual race entry but The Paypal web site will not take my credit card - It says that it cannot be used. There is no reason why it can't be used so I guess there is a fault. Can I send a cheque?
