Building Bikes

I've been building up a few bike recently so I thought I'd show you a few pics. The first is for one of our team who is targeting IMUK this year as his first Ironman. I can't think of a nicer bike for it! 

This is for Graeme Stewart one of our Pro athletes who we are very excited about this year. Graeme is heading out to Roth to take on the very beat in the world and we feel he is going to blow the lid off!

 

We also had the last of our seminars with Smart fitness this morning. Nick has put together some fantastic content. We will look to run some more seminars over the winter.

Also managed to get another bike session in, although it was very much a recovery session. Hopefully the sun will be out in the morning for another bike tomorrow.
